I have a whole system set up for buyers so when they are looking for Homes For Sale in Issaquah, Sammamish, Snoqualmie or Mercer Island they get the right homes on their list. We go thru each home make note or likes and dislikes. By the time we have seen what is available on the market we will have a good idea if we want to make an offer on one of the homes. We will do a quick inspection of the home and get the form 17 from the listing Realtor. Talk over financing with your lender and then present the offer. After we are in contract the fun begins with a home inspection. We hire a professional home inspector to come out and they are usually in the home for 3 to 4 hours. They write up a report and then we discuss if we need to ask the seller to correct some items or if there are major issues back out of the transaction and find a new home. Then afte we are past that stage it is up to your lender to get the financing done.

This can take you 5 minutes or if can take you a few days. We want to make sure your home is ready to be shown in top shape from day one.
